Adjustable Foot
Put gullwing forms on almost any flat package 2 or 4 sided, changing all dimentions
Adjustable back stop with linear slide holds package cases parallel for accurate registration
All models process top-brazed, side-exit or bottom-brazed packages with optional parts
"Digital Micrometers" on all tools, which can be switched from inch to metric and zero'd for easy recalibration and/or resetting by the operator.
Easy to change die members for large variations in lead material thickness, hardness, or shape
One-sided processing on two stations; trim first, then form.
Infinitely variable foot length
The adjustable cutting station has the ability to remove tie bars and or tie bar corners on most quad packs
Process packages up to 2.5" long standard, 4" on larger model
