Fixed Foot
Put gullwing forms on almost any flat package 2 of 4 sided, changing all dimensions.
See drawing for details.
Adjustable back stop with linear slide holds package cases parallel for accurate registration.
All models process top-brazed, side-exit or bottom-brazed packages with optional parts.
"Digital Micrometers" on all tools, which can be switched from inch to metric and zero'd for easy recalibration and/or resetting by the operator.
Easy to change die members for large variations in lead material thickness, hardness, or shape.
Standard tools handle up to 2.5” packages.
Large tools handle up to 4” packages.
For Quads: Tie Bars, and or Tie Bar Corners need to be removed prior to using this model tool.
