Dedicated Tooling: Floating Anvil System

*Complete system shown here, consisting of the floating anvil press and floating anvil dedicated die.
*The system physically measures every part to insure accurate stand off height regardless of lead exit position.
*The micrometer that controls stand off control is located on the press and the system uses an electronic set of controls 110 Voltage standard, 220 Voltage optional and 80-100 psi of air pressure.

	Quadpacks are located using the lead frame corners with tapered lead-in for easy loading and unloading. Floating Anvil System (F-1F series) uses stepper motor controls and microprocessor to automatically position the moveable form anvils each time the press cycles for the most accurate standoff control. See the Floating Anvil sequence of operation Optional semi-automatic handling system is available to move parts from a matrix tray into the tool and out again. For Quads: Tie Bars and/or Tie Bar Corners need to be removed prior to using this model tool. Optional corner cutting for tie bars is available for most Quads.
