Fancort is an authorized integrator of Spirflame® microflame soldering, a noncontact method of soldering that is ideal for a variety of applications requiring extreme precision, very high (3300C) and fast heating, and throughput that is faster than conventional contact soldering. Most joints can be made in less than 0.5 seconds. Spirflame® microsoldering is also recommended when nearby parts are very sensitive to heat distribution as the Spirflame® concentrates the heat in a very fine location. Spirflame®heat is controlled to within one degree and is a gas made from a 2:1 hydrogen and oxygen mix using only the distilled water in the Spirflame®generator. Most Spiraflame® applications are not robotic because it works best when the flame and feeder are fixed in position and the work is moved into the soldering position. These systems are custom designed using programmable, stepper controlled X and Y tables.
