UNIX Options:

Brush Cleaner (twin): Two wire brushes are rotated to automatically remove carbide at the soldering tip.
Clean Cut Soldeer Feeder: This device can prevent explosion of flux by making a lengthwise cut in the flux-coredd wire solder at the time of solder feeding. Its patented special 2-blade system can provide a stable solder reverse operation and also prevent a solder slipping.
Fume Extractor: This device extracts flux fumes by using high suction power. It's provided with input/output ports for automation and permits setting the three-speed air flow adjustment.
Double Heater: The heater provided in the nitrogen gas passing section heats up the nitrogen to increase the preheating effect of nitrogen gas. The pre-heating effect of the soldering section can reduce the tact time.
Lock-On Mechanism: This device prevents shifting of wire solder feed position. After completion of maintenance of the tool, the soldering work can be restarted without any positional shift.
Needle Swing Mechanism: An option for easier programming in tight spots, safety option included. When a brush cleaner is used, this device facilitates cleaning by swinging the solder feed (needle) automatically.
Nitrogen Gas Generator: Compact nitrogen gas generator that requires no power supply. This device puts the soldering tip to a nitrogen atmosphere to improve wetability and spreadability of solder.
N2 Tip Cap: This N2 tip cap is used to jet nitrogen gas from nitrogen generator around the periphery of the soldering tip. For use, the standard heater can must be replaced with this N2 tip cap.
Residual Solder Sensor: Sensor detects low wire solder quantity and notifies solder replacement time
Solder Wire Preheater: At a solder feed, this device preheats wire solder to prevent the explosion of flux and scattering of solder balls.
Solder Tip Position Correction Mechanism: Device automatically corrects positional shift in times of tip wear and thermal expansion
Vision Position Correction Sensor: This device checks the soldering position by using CCD cameras and corrects the coordinates of the program automatically.
