PCB Depaneling: Punch Press System (High Volume)

Pneumatic press with semi-automatic sliding base that holds the lower die for ease of loading the panel and unloading the separated boards
The operator activates the system allowing the bottom die to slide into place
Safety interlock prevents the press from cycling unless the bottom die is in position
After cycling, the base slides out for unloading of finished boards
Three different models with power ranging from 4 to 8 tons
Working areas range from 160mm x 220mm on the smallest model, to 320mm x 480mm on the largest one
