Dedicated Tooling
Fancort's dedicated tooling is designed for high quality forms with the most accurate tolerance. With low to high production and less handling than our universal systems these tools are ideal for typical military parts that are expensive and need to be formed correctly 100% of the time.They process all sides of a two-sided flat pack or quad pack at one time. They are available with manual standoff control or our patented electronic floating anvil system to automatically control standoff height. Semi-automated systems for hands-off processing are also available. These tools can also process typical Aerospace parts for SMT Omega bends and "C" or inverted gull wings.
